How are Returns Handled?
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Used parts, attachments and tractors are sold as is and are not returnable.
How Are Refunds Handled?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 3% of the parts purchased will be deducted from the total for card processing fees we do not recover.
How is Shipping Handled?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When Will My Purchase Ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM EST usually will ship same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will usullay ship the next busniness day. Orders place on non business days will usually ship on the next bsuiness day.
What if I receive the Wrong Parts?
We understand mistakes can and do happen. Please reach out as soon as you are made aware that you received the wrong part. If the mistake is on our end we will provide the return label and send the correct part free of charge.
If the part recieved matches what you ordered it is no longer considered an error on our part and you will be responisble for return shipping. If you chose to order a different part you will be responsible for paying to ship that part as well.

What Happens if My Product is Damage In Shipping?
Please take photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging. Use our contact us form and attach the photos. In your message please include order number or tracking number in the message field. We will reach out to you via the email you provied as soon as we can.
Can You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We absolutly can and have shipped internationally. If you do not see a shipping option listed at check out please reach out to us for a quote. If there is not an option to ship it means we likly have not shipped to that region before.
Why is There No Shipping Option When I go to Check Out?
If you do not see an option for shipping when checking out that likely means your order is over standard shipping parameters. If you are not seeing a shipping option please reach out to us and we can get you the best rate based on the items.
